Miso Sarang Clinic is using Pinholxel Method to treat on #burnscars.

Pinholxel Method is a treatment that combines both Pinhole treatment and CO2 fractional laser.
Pinhole Treatment uses basic laser to perform treatment.

CO2 laser is the classic type of laser that is widely used by doctors. There are ways to be a better doctor if one knows how to use the laser well.

To share more about #CO2 fractional laser, it has a square room like a cell and emits more than 50 laser beams at one go. The laser can also be adjusted accordingly to make sure that the holes made have the same size and depth.
Both of the lasers uses CO2.

This means that they have similarities in them.
And the difference is one makes bigger holes and one makes smaller holes.
What happen is, our skin reacts differently when the holes made by the laser are big and when the holes made by the laser are small.
It might burden and cause side effects to the scar for some patients if only Pinhole treatment is performed.
I can feel it when I am performing the treatment myself.
I use Pinhole treatment together with CO2 fractional laser.

Pinholxel Method is good in stabling the condition of the skin.

The condition of the skin doesn’t stabilize well enough if only Pinhole treatment is performed.
Our skin cells react immediately when our skin contacts with heat.
The treatment is able to stop the skin cells from worsening if the skin contacts with anything.

Let me explain it more thoroughly. When I use laser from Pinhole treatment to make holes, the size of the hole is smaller than the pen lead, which we are able to see it with our eyes. And if I use CO2 fractional laser on top of that, it will help reducing the side effects caused by Pinhole treatment. That’s the reason why I really like Pinholxel Method and I am using the treatment to treat on burn scars and skin grafting scars.
A lot of our patients worry a lot.
They are worry if it is really ok to make such a big hole on their skin when the weather in summer is so hot and humid, and is it really ok to leave the scar just like this when the next treatment scheduled is 2 months later.
니다
You don’t have to worry about that because among all the treatments that I have done for more than 10 years, the number of cases that side effects arose is less than 5.
The common side effects are fungus infection, bacterial infection and virus infection. However you don’t have to worry about the side effects much when you do treatment in our clinic because the chances are really low.
The chances are actually lower than low.

Most of the patients worried about almost everything. They worry like what if the treatment is done in winter, what if the treatment is done in summer? You don’t have to worry if you visit our clinic as the treatment is a 1-day treatment carried out once every 2 months regardless of the weather.
Some patients worried if the treatment is painful. You don’t have to worry about that too.
A lot of patients that visit our clinic worried if the treatment will be painful because the size of the hole made by the laser during the treatment is so big.

Patients spend the whole night before the first consultation, thinking and worrying about the treatment will be, which actually is not painful at all.

Patients fall asleep when they are in the surgery.
There are patients who even snore during the surgery.
In conclusion, you do not have to worry about the treatment.
Our clinic is well equipped just like any other #hospitals and the treatment is actually a very simple surgery, so please visit us without any doubts or worries.
Since Miso sarang Clinic is a place to do treatment on burn scars and skin grafting, I will like to share a few factors on how scar is formed.
It depends on how long the skin is exposed to heat and how it was exposed. For example, did you get burned because of the fire or hot water? How hot is the water that scalded you? If not is it because of the electronic appliances? As long as you exposed yourself to heat more than 50℃, you will get yourself burned. There are really a lot of reasons why people got burned; some even got burned because they were out in the sun for too long.

Doctors will then determine how long the treatment will be accordingly to how the burn was obtained. And the condition of the scar acquire after the treatment also depends accordingly.

Most of the patients will call and say, “I got a second degree burn”, “I got scalded by boiling water.” And doctor will usually estimate the treatment for the scar based on the information obtained.
However, there is no way any doctor can come out with an exact conclusion about the treatment without seeing the scar personally himself.

Therefore the best way to get the most exact consultation for the scar is to visit the clinic and let the doctor sees and touches the scar himself

The pinholxel method can also be used to treat Nevus #Comendonicus! It is newly discovered that the pinholxel method, which is very #effective at treating burn scars, can also be used to treat Nevus #Comendonicus. First I’d like to give you a simple introduction of a rare disease called Nevus comedonicus. An article from Google has posted the details. 『 The nevus was described in 1895 under the term “comedo nevus.” The typical lesion is an overgrowth of clumps of papules, usually with a central black firm center. These are morphologically blackheads, later evolving into inflammatory  acne . For this reason, later lesions may appear nodular, pustular or abscessed. Significant scar formation is a natural post-inflammatory sequel of these lesions. The lesions are formed by obstruction of the hair follicle canal, leading to the accumulation of black keratinized material within dilated follicular openings arranged close together. This material is not easily taken out.
